Day 1 (Split – arrival)
When you arrive at Split airport, you will be met by your personal driver and taken to your hotel. As you settle in and rest from your flight, you can spend the day walking through the city or have drinks on the promenade by the sea.
Day 2 (City Centre & Cetina rafting)
Early in the morning, after breakfast, you will have a morning tour of the city of Split You will be guided through the old part of the city where you will see many attractions, like the Diocletian’s Palace, cathedral of St. Domnius, the Ivan Mestrovic Gallery, the People’s Square and many more. After sightseeing, you are heading on a small adventure away from the sea and the city, by rafting on Cetina River. This amazing canyoning and rafting experience lasts for about 3 to 4 hours and takes you along a 12 kilometre long path of river. The route goes through remarkable scenery of rocks and cliffs, impressive small waterfalls and many rapids for your adrenaline rush. At the end of the route you will get to the point where you can relax surrounded with picturesque scenery and fresh air, while enjoying your lunch of Dalmatian traditional cuisine. After this amazingly spent day, you will head back to Split so you can rest for the next day or enjoy your time in the city.
Day 3 (Krka, Skradin & Šibenik)
Once you had breakfast in your hotel, you will continue your journey exploring Dalmatia with a tour of the beautiful Krka National Park, which is just an hour’s drive from Split. Exploring this National Park will be a one-time opportunity to get away from the busy city and spend the perfect day surrounded by the protected and untouched nature of Krka National Park. Inside the park, you have the option to have a guided tour or walk freely by yourself. After you finished exploring the park, you will continue to the small town of Skradin, where you will have your lunch and then a sightseeing tour of this romantic city with rich history. Afterwards, you will visit Šibenik, which is the oldest city on the Adriatic coast. You will be able to explore the city, as well visit its main attractions such as St. Jacob’s Cathedral, which is a UNESCO protected monument. After sightseeing, you will go back to Split, so you can enjoy the night pulse of city.
Day 4 (Plitvice National Park)
Early in the morning, after breakfast, you will continue your tour visiting the Plitvice National Park, located in the heart of Croatia, two and a half hours’ drive from Split. The Plitvice Lakes present a unique cultural and natural value not only in Croatia but around the world. It earned its spot on the UNESCO’s list of World Heritage places with its remarkable beauty. You can walk through the forest beside lakes and see waterfalls by the rivers. Plitvice lakes are constantly evolving, as the water changes course and makes new picturesque images. While in Plitvice, you will be able to try some delicious local food, as you will have lunch there, after which you will continue your drive to back to Split, so you can rest and relax in order to be fresh for the next day.
Day 5 (Zadar)
In the morning, after having breakfast, you will continue exploring Dalmatia with the beautiful city of Zadar. The city is two hours away from Split and has a long and rich history. As you arrive in Zadar, you will have a guided tour of the many attractions, such as St. Donatus Church, Museum of Ancient Glass, St. Anastasia’s Cathedral, the Roman Forum, and many more. You will visit Zadar’s incredible Sea Organ and listen to the sea whispering to you, as well as the Sun Salutation to see the magnificent light show, both made by the wonderful architect Nikola Bašić. After sightseeing, you will have a lunch break, where you will taste traditional Dalmatian food, mostly made from Mediterranean ingredients. After lunch, you are free to explore the city, as later, you will return to Split.
Day 6 (Trogir)
After having breakfast in Split, you will continue your trip to Trogir, a small city which is 40 minutes away from Split. Trogir is a small harbour town, situated on an island next to the Croatian mainland and it is the best-preserved Romanesque-Gothic city in all of Central Europe. It is surrounded by walls, it has castles, churches and palaces for you to explore. Some of the attractions that you will see in Trogir are the church of St. Lawrence, the city gates and city walls, the Duke’s Palace, The Fortress Kamerlengo, and many more. After exploring you will have lunch in a local restaurant, where you will taste traditional Dalmatian dishes, after which you can wander around the city on your own. Afterwards you will head back to Split, where you can have some free time to enjoy the beautiful city as it is your last day there.
Day 7 (Split – departure)
The last day of this tour will be at leisure for you to have some more free time in Split, depending on how much time you will have before departure of your flight. You will be taken to the airport by your driver to be at the airport around 2 hours before your international flight, as you will have enough time for check-in and finding your gate for departure, as airport in Split is not big, so you will not have any trouble finding your way.
